大家都知道,CNC精密零件的模膛是由鑄造工藝決策的,鑄造工藝的首要特性是自由鍛傾斜度、銜接圓弧和分模面及其田細(xì)加工工藝樣子,而現(xiàn)階段常用的CAD/CAM軟件(包含POWER-SHAPE等手機(jī)軟件)都并不是對(duì)于CNC精密零件開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的具備鑄造工藝特點(diǎn)的常用手機(jī)軟件,因而導(dǎo)致了CNC精密零件三維造型設(shè)計(jì)的多元性,假如把鑄造工藝特點(diǎn)從CNC精密零件的三維模型上提取出來(lái),CNC精密零件模膛的樣子就顯得十分簡(jiǎn)易了,把分離出來(lái)了加工工藝樣子的實(shí)體模型稱之為CNC精密零件的數(shù)據(jù)模型,擁有數(shù)據(jù)模型,再在它上邊加上上加工工藝特點(diǎn),就可獲得達(dá)到鑄造工藝的最后樣子。在沒(méi)有專用型CNC精密零件三維造型設(shè)計(jì)手機(jī)軟件的條件下,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)模型這一核心理念就可以把三維造型設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)章化、流程化,進(jìn)而提升設(shè)計(jì)效果。
